T.S. Lines withdraws vessel from Transpacific service

T.S. Lines has withdrawn its only deployed vessel from the joint Transpacific service it operates with SeaLead Shipping (AWC) and KMTC (APX), according to DynaLiners. As a result, the service has been downgraded from a weekly to a fortnightly rotation.
It remains unclear whether T.S. Lines plans to fully exit the trade or continue as a slot charterer, as the company is still advertising departures until the end of November.
The service connects the following ports: Qingdao – Shanghai – Ningbo – Busan – Long Beach – Busan – Qingdao. The move comes amid ongoing capacity adjustments and cost optimizations on the Transpacific trade.
