Wisdom Marine welcomes handysize bulker to fleet

Taiwanese shipping company Wisdom Marine recently took delivery of a new handysize bulk carrier built by Imabari Shipbuilding of Japan.

The NK-classed, Liberian-flagged Yami Benefit has an LOA of 199.98 metres, a beam of 32.24 metres, a depth of 19.3 metres, a deadweight of 63,697, and a gross tonnage of 36,140. A 6S50ME-C9.7 main engine supplied by MAN propels the ship to speeds of up to 14 knots.
