According to Zedas, the integration of AI-driven staff scheduling into their Zedas cargo logistics platform has lead to a remarkable reduction in planning time and a notable enhancement in resource efficiency.

This innovative feature was developed alongside Hector Rail Germany. It automatically generates personnel schedules while considering factors like qualifications, rest periods, and employee absences. The goal is to reduce unnecessary travel from home or accommodations to work sites and ensure that weekly working hours are balanced, ultimately cutting down on overtime expenses.
